The evening begins with a classic chopped salad, followed by a plated diner of King Crab, Mishima 5-Star Wagyu New York strip and jumbo fried shrimp, with St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail, mac & cheese and fries served family style for the table.

A glass of Bollinger Special Cuvée Champagne welcomes you to the evening, followed by unlimited pours of RoseRock by Drouhin Chardonnay from Eola-Amity Hills, Oregon, and 2017 Robert Craig Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Your ticket also includes cocktails from our full cocktail menu, including signature favorites like our Pop's Old Fashioned and Espresso Martini.
